HousingWire released its annual mortgage industry Insider award recognitions and among those honored was Josh Grupe, a Loan Originator at Envoy Mortgage. The award recognizes operational all-stars throughout the mortgage industry that are vital and essential to a company’s success.
Since joining Envoy in 2017, Grupe devoted his time and established himself early on as a key contributor to one of Envoy’s most successful divisions. He has repeatedly helped lead his division to achieve substantial production rates, earn superior distinctions and sweep the competition.

Grupe has helped drive continuous success at Envoy by establishing himself in 2017 as the Division 1 “Rookie of the Year” and qualifying for the Envoy Circle of Excellence awards trip. In the same year, he also helped 114 families obtain homeownership, with 89% of those loans being purchase transactions.
In 2018, Grupe’s leadership as a manger yielded several new hires, referral sources and reaffirmed Envoy’s presence in eastern and north eastern Wisconsin. This year, Grupe received the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award from Milwaukee Magazine and proceeds with relentless focus by acting as a vital ambassador for Envoy and the community he proudly serves.
