With a dynamic career spanning both corporate giants and entrepreneurial ventures Cheree Warrick currently serves as Area Director of SimpliFunded – a real estate lending organization in Reston Virginia. She uses her financial background to help families first-time homebuyers seeking downpayment assistance and investors buy real estate. Licensed in Virginia DC and Maryland Cheree serves the diverse financial needs of the community.

Cheree’s investment and entrepreneurial journey in 2000 when a friend handed her a copy of Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. During the day she worked in an international investment services firm and on the weekends she bought and sold real estate as an investor.

In 2004 Cheree worked for a national government contracting firm. During her five year tenure she played a pivotal role in propelling the company’s growth from $50 million to an impressive $200 million in annual revenues. Her strategic acumen was evident as she crafted pricing models for all Request for Proposal (RFP) responses formulated the company’s annual budget and meticulously tracked budget-to-actual results on a monthly basis.

In 2009 Cheree succumbed to the entrepreneurial bug leaving the corporate realm to contribute to her family’s bookkeeping business. Here she played a crucial role in serving over 35 clients across 22 industries. Her responsibilities included preparing monthly financial statements annual budgets and collaborating with CPAs in tax preparation. As the company expanded Cheree’s financial expertise played a pivotal role in securing bank financing for business expansion earning praise from the President of the Bank for her exceptional business plan.
